Classic consulting work in the best way: I designed and ran quantitative and qualitative research from start to finish. I felt incredibly lucky to work in such a small team where I got to manage my own clients!

Key projects I worked on:

• Contributed to high-profile government projects, such as a mystery shopping audit and a Customer Experience Index for Victoria's public transport network. My main responsibilities being monthly and quarterly data reporting and interpretation, questionnaire updates, and survey link testing.
• Led an exit interview tracking study with a Melbourne market that tracks NPS, visitation frequency, time spent, average spend, and shopper satisfaction across demographics.
• Recruited and managed hundreds of mystery shoppers for an ongoing retail mystery shopping study.
• Managed a brand health and advertising tracking study for a leading mattress retailer. The study assessed key metrics, such as brand awareness, consideration, visitation, and purchase behaviour, along with brand imagery and associations. The evaluation of the advertising campaign involved measuring ad and retailer recall and recognition, call to action, and overall campaign performance.
• Conducted a market evaluation for a leading tool manufacturer using TAM, SAM, SOM frameworks and application of the Van Westendorp Pricing Model to establish pricing strategies for current and prospective products.
• Delivered customer experience modelling projects, analysing satisfaction metrics and regression models (and correlations) to identify key drivers of influence, and provided actionable insights for client decision-making.
